Project Management Monthly (PMM)
The CA/T Project established the Project Management Monthly (PMM) to report on the project's key vital signs, including cost, schedule and safety. The PMM monthly report is issued after a monthly meeting with senior management, which is held on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 10:00AM, unless otherwise noted. Please check out Meetings Calendar for the next scheduled PMM Meeting date and location.

On the same day as the meeting, the PMM report is made available to the public. This report is also posted every month on this website. The report contains the following sections: Executive Summary; Schedule Milestones; Budget & Forecast; Schedule - Progress; PCA; Future Allowance; Finance; Safety; Insurance; DBE Status; Work Program Status.
